Mettā Bhāvanā - Meditation Day Retreat

A workshop exploring three different modes of practicing the Mettā Bhāvanā. Not suitable for complete beginners, but open to anyone who has some basic understanding of the Mettā Bhāvanā practice.
Is There Life After Death: A Day Retreat with Viryasiddhi

A day retreat exploring the mystical journey through the Bardos — Step into one of the world’s most profound spiritual texts, the Tibetan Book of the Dead, and discover how its teachings can illuminate everyday life.

The second Saturday of every other month 6pm – 10pm
Award-winning films that open the heart and mind, with a shared meal before.
