Dharma exploration, meditation practice, and pūjā. Suitable for those with some experience of the practices we teach.

Dharma Morning
Buddhist meditation followed by an exploration of the Dharma through talks and discussion. Suitable for all levels.

Women's Study
Meditation followed by a discussion. Suitable to women+ with some experience of the practices we teach.

Men’s Study
Meditation and dharma study for men. Suitable for all levels.

Evening Meditation

11th Step Meditation & Recovery Workshop
Meditation practice and discussion for those in recovery from alcoholism and addiction.
