Mettā Sundays

Mettā Sundays

As an antidote to the suffering that continues to grow in the world, the Buddhist practice of loving kindness offers a meaningful way for us to navigate the darkness. Together, meditating with loving kindness, we can become powerful ethical agents and shift the harshness in life towards the bold and openhearted nature of mettā.

Each session will begin with a poem, a mantra or music followed by an open and unled practice of mettā bhāvanā.
