Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a Buddhist or a regular at the centre?
No - the meditation will be fully led, so there is no need for any previous experience. If you have not practiced with us before, be sure to let us know and we will help you to set up in good posture and.
Can I come just for the meditation?
Of course!
Should I bring anything?
After the meditation, those who want to will stay on a little longer for tea and festive treats together. If you want to bring anything to share it would be very welcome, but is not necessary.
If you do bring something, please remember that all food brought into the centre must be vegan.
Is there any cost?
We don't charge a fixed price but instead invite you to make a donation to the centre to help us cover our running costs.
A donation of $5-10 would help us to cover our costs, but everyone is equally welcome, even if you cannot give anything at all.
Do I need to book?
No, just turn up!
