Towards Insight

Towards Insight

Buddhist meditation is about moving closer to reality, to seeing things as they really are. This radical change of perspective is a leap into the unknown, for which we need clear guidance and supportive conditions.

This special online course, run in collaboration between the London, Melbourne, and Sydney Buddhist Centres will run on Zoom for five consecutive days exploring this path to wisdom. There will be in-depth teaching, a forty-minute led meditation and questions and answers. The course is suitable for people who are serious about deepening their engagement with Buddhism and meditation.
