9.30am-10.30am: Guided meditations are offered on a drop-in basis to anyone wishing to learn and be guided through the foundational meditation practices: Mindfulness of Breathing and Cultivation of Metta (Loving Kindness)
Saturday classes are open to all. Everyone is welcome to stay for a cup of tea afterwards, if desired.
No charge - donations welcome.
