9:30am: Meditation
10am: Introduction – Creating the conditions for the flourishing of sangha
10.45am: tea break
11.00am: Q & A / discussion
11.30am: 3-Fold Puja

Can I come? What is a mitra / Order member?
The day is only open to mitras and Order members, people who have made a formal commitment to practicing within our community and are familiar with our meditation practices. There will be no teaching or leading of sessions.
Do I need to book?
No - if you are a mitra or Order member, just turn up!
I can't make the whole morning - can I come for just some of it?
Yes! You're welcome to come for whatever part of the morning you can make
