That’s why every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we offer morning meditations on Zoom as a source of support for your practice as well as an opportunity to connect with Sangha across the region.

This session starts at 7am Sydney time is unguided and lasts around 50 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have any previous meditation experience?

The first session is best suited for those who have attended a meditation class for long enough to know the stages to the practices we teach. The second session is suitable for all, including newcomers.

Do I need to book?

No, just turn up!

Do I need to be a Buddhist?

No - these sessions are open to anyone who wants to meditate with others.

What should I wear for the meditation and how should I sit?

There are no special requirements, just make sure you'll be comfortable to sit for the length of the meditation. If you don't have meditation equipment, a dining room chair will be perfectly suitable.

How much does the session cost?

We don't charge a fixed price for our meditations but instead invite you to make a donation to the centre to help us cover our running costs.
