Introduction to Meditation Retreat

Learn to meditate, join with others of like mind and cultivate new qualities in a beautiful bush setting. We cover the basics from sitting comfortably and establishing regular meditation in your daily life, and we introduce the mindfulness of breathing and the metta bhavana (loving-kindness) meditations, with plenty of opportunity for practice and discussion and the exploration of the theory and instruction.
