The Journey and the Guide
Based on the study of the popular book The Journey and the Guide, this eight week course explores the Buddhist concepts of integration, positive emotion, spiritual receptivity, "spiritual death and rebirth," spontaneous compassionate activity, and mindfulness and awareness.
Archetypally setting out on the spiritual quest with the Buddha as our guide, this course provides a wealth of practical exercises and discussion points to bring the practices alive in everyday life, and explore with more depth some core concepts of Buddhism.
Great for everyone from newcomers to experienced practitioners.
This is an 8 week course. Spaces are limited, and booking in advance is required. The cost for the whole course is $195 (or a concession rate of $155 for people who were unwaged). The cost includes a copy of the book which is yours to keep.
