Seeking freedom? That’s what the Buddha offered us! Freedom: however we interpret the word!
This course will bring togther the Buddha’s path to freedom with the two meditations taught by the Buddha.
We will spend time each week learning and practising meditation together with exploring Buddhist teachings that take us from where we are to where we aspire to be - from who we are now to our highest aspirations.

The cost covers the entire course, and it is best to come every week. If you'd like to come but there is one or two weeks you can't make, please contact us before booking.
There are no special requirements, just whatever is comfortable to sit in.
