The basics of Buddhist meditation. Suitable for complete beginners.

Join Kusalacitta and Maitribandha for an introduction to some core Buddhist teachings and meditation practices. Each week we will explore a different aspect including Buddhist ethics, insights and rituals. Meditation guidance and practice will be included every week
Through discussion, imagination, meditation and friendship we will explore how these teachings can make a positive difference in daily life for ourselves and others.
All welcome, no experience necessary.

The cost covers the entire course, and it is best to come every week. If you'd like to come but there is one or two weeks you can't make, please contact us before booking.
There are no special requirements, just whatever is comfortable to sit in.
