The Metta Bhavana is a meditation that can profoundly change lives, yet it polarises many meditatiors. Some see it as their core practice while some steadfastly avoid it.
This short course goes beyond the stock phrases back to ancient source material to unravel the secrets of the ‘metta code’. It turns out the Metta Bhavana is more than a technique to make you emotionally positive – it is a direct path to the beyond.
These five weeks will take us into and beyond the scriptural origins to forge a new appreciation of what the practice can actually do. Each of the five weeks has a specific focus that will take us Beyond Words, Beyond Feelings, Beyond Actions and Beyond Happiness itself.

The cost covers the entire course, and it is best to come every week. If you'd like to come but there is one or two weeks you can't make, please contact us before booking.

There are no special requirements, just whatever is comfortable to sit in.
