Yoga invites you to move consciously while connecting to your breath. It helps to slow our minds down, bring awareness inwards and facilitates the stillness required for meditation. Classes are open to all, regardless of finance, experience, age, shape, size and ability and will be focusing on a slow practice to cool down body and mind during the hot summer season. Classes led by certified teachers Amelie Patrux, Mariam Nakhla and Kate Sherman.
