Saturday: 2 meditation sessions

Every Saturday at 9:30am

9.30am-10.30am:  Guided meditation in the front room. Unguided meditation in the back room.

Guided meditations are offered on a drop-in basis to anyone wishing to learn the foundational meditation practices: Mindfulness of Breathing and Cultivation of Metta (Loving Kindness)

Unguided meditations are a chance for experienced meditators to come together to engage in a shared practice of 45-50 minutes.

Both classes are open to all.

No charge - donations welcome.
