A daily meditation practice is a powerful support for your life but it’s not always an easy thing to establish. That’s why every weekday we offer a morning meditation on Zoom as a source of support for your practice as well as an opportunity to connect with Sangha across the region. Get into the habit of meditating before you begin your day.

How long do I need to have been coming?
The meditation is best suited for those who have attended a meditation class for long enough to know the stages to the practices we teach.
Do I need to book?
No, just turn up!
How much does the class cost?
We don't charge a fixed price for our meditations but instead invite you to make a donation to the centre to help us cover our running costs.
