A daily meditation practice is a powerful support for your life but it’s not always an easy thing to establish. That’s why every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we offer a morning meditation on Zoom as a source of support for your practice as well as an opportunity to connect with Sangha across the region.

The meditation is best suited for those who have attended a meditation class for long enough to know the stages to the practices we teach.
