Early morning meditation on Mondays Wednesdays & Fridays

Every Monday at 7:00am

6.50am Doors open (10mins)  7am-8am Unguided meditation.  For those who have, or who would like to develop, a regular meditation practice, this is an opportunity to sit with others in a silent space for a one-hour practice session. All welcome. Some experience necessary - or as a minimum, the desire to experience an hour of silence with others. All welcome.
